For more than twenty years, I've helped organizations navigate growth, build stronger teams, and solve complex challenges. I've led statewide nonprofit networks, directed national initiatives, facilitated hundreds of strategic conversations, and coached leaders responsible for some of our communities' most important work.

I founded ECL Consulting to bring that experience directly to organizations seeking thoughtful partnership—not cookie-cutter solutions.

My approach combines strategic thinking with practical facilitation. I ask good questions, create space for honest conversations, and help groups move from uncertainty to action.
